Our large location in the west has everything you would expect from a stately old Berlin apartment - high walls, stucco, one room larger than the other, double doors and lots of natural light. Unfortunately, you can't move in, because the charm and versatility of the rooms make it a perfect location for meetings and events of all kinds.
You and your guests will appreciate the comfort and possibilities of this spacious apartment and the modern, versatile furnishings. The sophisticated in-house catering is prepared live in our large loft kitchen by our permanent kitchen team, adding that certain something that turns an apartment into a real location. Whether you are looking for an extraordinary location for an important conference or a large event with lots of people, our event team will be at your side as a good friend and advisor, because our events stand for contemporary, well thought-out events and a lot of passion for detail.
The entrance hall is not a normal hallway and with its 25 square meters is really very stately and spacious. There is room here for your guests to arrive and take a look at all the rooms in the location. The permanently installed checkroom has plenty of hangers and storage space for bags, so everything is in place and you can set off to discover the rest of the apartment.
You are welcome to play a game of chess or table tennis with your guests in our diamond room. The room is open and invites you to use it together with the bay window room or to separate them with the heavy velvet curtain. Depending on the type of event, everything will find its perfect stage here, whether with tables for a conference, as a catering space or with bar tables for a reception, you decide what should be played here.

It's really hard to say which room is the most beautiful, but the bay window really has potential and impresses with its original inlaid parquet flooring, the large bay window and the view of Bleibtreustraße with its old trees. Anything is possible in this room and it can be transformed for every occasion.

Stucco, historic tiles and double doors meet exciting color combinations of cream and bright pool blue on the almost 4 m high walls in our balcony room - the typical Gebrüder Fritz twist. You won't find a rooftop here, but you will find a large, covered balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the summer into the apartment.

Our large hall is not only beautiful, but also practical and really has something to offer, because you really won't find it in this size in a traditional apartment. Large groups can come together here, work together and then perhaps network and socialize or end the day with a glass of wine or a fabulous dinner.

By the time we get to the large loft kitchen, we'll have everyone! In the Gebrüder Fritz kitchen in the middle of the apartment, sooner or later all your guests will arrive. This is where our great in-house catering is created by our permanent kitchen team, which makes your event with us so special. Who needs a restaurant?
Would you like to close the door and take a deep breath during your event? Our library is more than suitable for this. Here you can smoke cigars in peace, sign contracts, make secret phone calls or develop groundbreaking new concepts. Find peace, inspiration and many accessories in our library.

The light-flooded studio is located at the end of the rear part of the apartment and can be rented if you need a little more space for events or for use as a conference location.
