Our kitchen philosophy is simple: we honor traditional dishes, but add our own creative touch. Regionality and seasonality are not just empty words for us, they are how we see ourselves. Our menu is a tribute to familiar flavors, with that certain sophisticated Gebrüder Fritz twist. Each dish is carefully prepared in many steps, which makes the difference to cooking at home. Inspired by German and French cuisine and the seasonal treasures of our region, we invite you to join us at the table.

women's power - meet the chef zitA Sándor

It doesn't always have to be a Michelin-starred restaurant to put good food on the table. At least not for Gebrüder Fritz head chef Zita Sándor. But it certainly doesn't hurt, because our guests can also enjoy her extraordinary creations at workshops, flying food or seated dinners. Born in Hungary, she has worked her way up in renowned European kitchens, including as chef de partie at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Stand" in Budapest. Most recently, she was head chef at Kopps Restaurant in Berlin, a vegan fine dining restaurant known for its creative, seasonal cuisine, which was awarded the Red Toque under her management.

Since 2024, Zita Sándor has been contributing her passion for innovative cuisine as head chef at Gebrüder Fritz and developing new concepts for event catering together with her team - always with a focus on sustainability and creative, seasonal cuisine that often includes vegan accents.

Normal & Happy

Because we have great respect for animals and the environment, 90% of our menu is deliberately vegetarian. We therefore only serve animal-based or purely vegan dishes. Of course, we also have wonderful meat and fish dishes on the menu, which we source exclusively from farms with species-appropriate husbandry and respectful slaughtering.

Regional & Phenomenal

It's no secret that the quality of our dishes stands and falls with the right products. That's why we source the majority of our products from regional producers and suppliers with whom we work very closely. This ensures shorter transportation routes, less air pollution, less packaging waste and more freshness that you can taste.

The Gebrüder Fritz kitchen lives the values of the great SlowFood organization. Every day, we stand up for a holistic food system that harmonizes human dignity, social justice and the protection of the environment and all living beings. Flying & MENU

Flying Dishes

Rely on our hobbyhorse: our full-fledged small plate dishes are beautifully presented and are in no way inferior to a seated dinner. By choosing the Flying Dinner, your guests can enjoy the full variety of Fritz cuisine and try several of our creations at once. Every guest will be wonderfully satisfied and there is sure to be something for everyone. Can be booked for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Casual Dining & Family Style

Our counterpart to fine dining, for a more casual lunch during the day or in the evening after a workshop day. The wooden table is casually laid with mixed linen napkins, modern stoneware tableware and colorful glasses. The Fritz family table is an absolute classic and the right choice when the focus is on communication. Everyone sits together at the table, the food is arranged in the middle of the table on wonderful large and small plates, pots and platters. The bowls are passed back and forth, people share, talk and laugh.

Fine Dining

Our fine dining is the right choice for a special evening. Sensationally seasonal and sustainably cooked menus by Zita Sandor turn a classic dinner into fine dining à la Gebrüder Fritz. It will be très chic on the plate, you decide the setting. We are happy to set the table classically according to all the rules of etiquette or combine a casually laid table with our finest cuisine. You decide, it's your evening.

For us, nothing beats the magic of a seated dinner. Something nice in a glass beforehand, attentive service, a beautifully laid table and an amusing table companion. Whether for a festive business dinner or a special celebration, our spacious old building rooms offer an extraordinary alternative to anonymous restaurants and large event halls. You decide the setting, it's your evening. We can do everything, from casual family style dining to a formal high dining experience.

Workshop Food Concept

The topic of healthy workshop catering is particularly important to us. Together with a nutritionist, we have therefore developed dishes that taste good and provide you with optimum support throughout the workshop. Our workshop packages are healthy, well thought-out lunch dishes, cooked with the expertise and finesse of Michelin-starred cuisine. The aim is to keep the performance curve of the workshop participants at an optimum level throughout the day with our range of dishes.

Fritz Kitchen Club

Our answer to the classic cooking class. Would you like an evening that goes beyond the activities at our Fritz Family Table? Then we recommend the FRITZ KITCHEN KLUB. This differs from classic cooking courses because it actively involves your guests on several levels, beyond the joint chopping or cooking. Here, everyone will find their place around the topic of dinner. Our team opens the cooking pots and is happy to share its knowledge about the menu.
