Our clients are an exciting mix of renowned companies, including medium-sized companies, large corporations, organizations and agencies from political Berlin, event and MICE providers, as well as established production companies.
The company is growing and opening more venues, so we are looking for an experienced and open-minded sales professional with a friendly demeanor and event experience in renowned venues or agencies.as the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for the event industry as well as a good network and sound experience in event sales.
Your tasks
- Planning and implementation of sound sales strategies to increase turnover
- Representation and sales of our locations at tours, internal and external events
- Responsibility for the optimal utilization of our locations
- Ability to achieve and at best exceed fixed sales targets
- Support your team in preparing offers for large key accounts
- Support, advice and activation of existing customers to build long-term relationships
Your profile
- Enthusiasm, ambition and passion for events and their sales
- Experience in team leadership
- At least 3-5 years of experience in event management, ideally in the event industry, hotel industry or a comparable field
- Interest in sales methods and negotiation techniques
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative approaches
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
